Who we are

Our Story

Founded in 2021, our clinic opened its doors in September of the same year with a small but passionate team of three vets, two receptionists, and a groomer. Four years later, thanks to the trust of our clients and the love we share for animals, we’ve grown into a dedicated team of six veterinarians, a veterinary nurse, two receptionists, and a groomer — and we’re now looking to welcome another veterinary assistant.

Philosophy

At the heart of our work is a simple promise: to care deeply for every animal and support the people who love them. We understand that visiting the vet can sometimes feel overwhelming, so we strive to make every visit as calm, reassuring, and positive as possible for both you and your pet.

Environment
We’ve designed our clinic to be truly pet-friendly, with separate waiting areas and carefully thought-out dog and cat hospitalisation spaces — all to ensure our patients feel safe, comfortable, and stress-free. Each year, we invest in renewing our equipment with the latest technology and expanding our services. This year, we are proud to have launched a brand-new cat hotel, designed to meet the highest standards of cat boarding, offering our feline friends a safe and relaxing stay.  

Values
We also care deeply about the world we live in. Our clinic is powered by solar panels, and we take recycling very seriously — because looking after animals also means looking after the environment they live in.

Team

We believe that exceptional veterinary care starts with a happy, motivated, and well-trained team. That’s why we actively support our staff’s growth by offering CPD hours and investing in our newly graduated vets, covering seminars and courses to help them thrive in their careers.
